When the thickness of the plate is greater than 20 mm, it can be used to cut the plate on a continuous line, but it must have a swinging roller table. The upper cutting edge of this kind of rotary shear is fixed, and the lower cutting edge moves up and down to cut. Because it uses the lower cutting blade to move upwards for shearing, there is no need to set a swinging roller table, and it is generally used for cross-cutting strips on a continuous line. The cutting edge of this kind of pneumatic rotary shear usually has an inclined upper cutting edge and a horizontal lower cutting edge. But recently, the upper cutting edge is horizontal, and the lower cutting edge is more and more inclined. Production experience has proved that this type can ensure the verticality of the cutting surface relative to the strip centerline and surface.


Compound oblique blade shears

At the end of the continuous line, to divide the originally welded long strip into coils of a certain weight, a compound inclined blade electric rotary shear is provided. This kind of shear has a fixed double-edged knife holder in the middle, and a movable knife holder at the top and bottom, which is also called upper and lower double-blade rotary shear. When the strip passes through the upper part of the fixed double-edged knife holder, the strip is taken up by the No. 1 coiler. When it is necessary to separate the coils, the upper movable blade holder is lowered to cut the strips, and the following strips pass through the lower part of the fixed double-edged blade holder and are taken up by another coiler.
